Privacy Policy
MatchRev LLC
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
MatchRev LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates marketing technology services, including the MatchRev platform, advertising management tools, and related applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you interact with our services, applications, and websites — including any integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide Directly
When you use our services, sign up for an account, or connect your business accounts, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business contact information
- Business name, address, and service area details
- Account credentials and authentication tokens for connected platforms (e.g., Meta, HouseCall Pro, Google)
Information Collected Through Platform Integrations
When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to our platform via Facebook Login, we may access:
- Ad Account Data: Campaign-level performance metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, and lead counts — used for ROI reporting and dashboards
- Lead Form Submissions: Name, email, phone number, and associated ad/campaign identifiers submitted through Meta Lead Ads instant forms — used for lead attribution and pipeline tracking
- Page Information: A list of Facebook Pages you manage, so you can select which Page to connect during onboarding
When you connect your Google account or enable Google integrations, we may access:
- Google Ads Data: Campaign-level performance metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion counts — used for ROI reporting and cross-channel attribution dashboards
- Google Local Services Ads Leads: The contact details a consumer submitted when they contacted your business through Google Local Services Ads — name, phone number, and/or email address — together with the service requested, the lead's status, the time it was created, and whether Google charged you for that lead. This data is used to match each lead to the job and revenue it produced in your field service management system, so you can see which ads generated paying work. It is shown only to the business that owns the lead, is never shared with or aggregated for other businesses, and is never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
- Google Analytics Data: Aggregated site engagement and conversion data associated with your property — used for attribution and reporting
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking: Conversion event signals sent to Google to measure and optimize campaign performance
Information Collected Automatically
When leads interact with your advertising campaigns, we may collect:
- Facebook click identifiers (fbclid) from ad clicks
- Google click identifiers (gclid) from Google Ads clicks
- IP addresses and user agent strings from website visits
- Device and browser information
Information Received From Other Sources
We receive business operational data from connected field service management platforms (such as HouseCall Pro), including customer records, job details, estimates, invoices, and revenue data — strictly for the purpose of providing attribution and business intelligence services to the business that owns that data.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
| Purpose | Data Used |
|---|---|
| Ad Conversion Tracking — Meta (CAPI) | Hashed email, hashed phone, hashed name, fbclid, event name, and revenue amounts are sent to Meta via the Conversions API to optimize ad delivery and measure campaign performance |
| Ad Conversion Tracking — Google | Conversion event data (hashed where applicable) is sent to Google Ads via the Google Ads Conversion API to measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery |
| ROI Reporting | Campaign-level spend and performance data from Meta Ads and Google Ads is used to generate return-on-investment dashboards for your business |
| Lead Attribution | Lead form submissions and click identifiers are matched to pipeline outcomes (estimates, jobs, revenue) to show which ads produce paying customers |
| Platform Onboarding | Page listing data and Google property data are used to let you select which accounts and properties to connect |
| Service Delivery | All collected data may be used to provide, maintain, and improve our services to you |
| AI Features & Model Training | Customer Data, your inputs to AI features, and generated outputs may be used to operate and improve the Service and to train and improve our AI and machine-learning models. Data received from Google APIs and from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is never used to train AI or machine-learning models (see the Limited Use disclosure below); data from any other connected platform is used only as its platform terms permit. We do not share your inputs or outputs directly with any other customer. |
Important: Personal data sent to Meta via the Conversions API is always hashed (SHA-256) before transmission. We never send plaintext personal information to Meta through server-side events. We apply equivalent hashing practices when transmitting personal data to Google APIs.

This may involve sending hashed contact data (email address, phone number) via the Google Ads Conversion API. This data is used exclusively to attribute advertising results and optimize campaign performance. It is not used for any other purpose and is governed by Google's data processing terms.
