Data Deletion

In accordance with Meta Platform policies, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and applicable data privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of any data that MatchRev LLC has collected or processed through our integrations with Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This page explains what data we may hold, how to request its deletion, and what to expect.

WHAT DATA WE MAY HAVE

If you have interacted with our services through Facebook, Instagram, or Google — for example, by submitting a lead form on an ad, or by connecting your business accounts to our platform — we may have stored the following data:

From Meta (Facebook/Instagram):

• Your name, email address, and/or phone number (from lead form submissions)
• Facebook click identifiers (fbclid) associated with ad interactions
• Your Facebook User ID (if you authenticated via Facebook Login)
• Conversion event data sent to Meta on behalf of our clients (hashed and anonymized)
• Ad account performance data (campaign-level aggregates, no personal data)

From Google:

• Google click identifiers (gclid) associated with ad interactions
• Google Ads and Google Analytics performance data (campaign-level aggregates)
• Google account authentication tokens (if you connected Google via OAuth)
• Conversion event data sent to Google on behalf of our clients (hashed where applicable)

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

Option 1: Email Us Directly

Send a data deletion request to: tyler@matchrev.com

Please include your full name, the email address associated with your interaction, and (optionally) your Facebook profile URL so we can locate your data accurately.

Option 2: Remove Our App From Facebook

You can revoke our access and trigger a data deletion request directly through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find MatchRev in the list of active apps
3. Click Remove to revoke access
4. In the "Removed" section, click on our app and select Request data deletion

Note: Removing the app from your Facebook settings immediately revokes our access to your Facebook data. Any stored data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

Option 3: Revoke Our Access From Google

You can revoke our access to your Google account and trigger deletion of Google-sourced data:

1. Go to your Google Account Permissions page
2. Find MatchRev under your third-party connections
3. Select Remove access

Note: Removing access immediately revokes our ability to access your Google data. Any stored Google-sourced data and access tokens will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR REQUEST

Once we receive your deletion request, here's what to expect:

• Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
• Processing: All identifiable personal data associated with your request will be deleted from our systems within 30 days
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your data has been deleted
• Scope: Deletion includes any lead records, Facebook User IDs, contact information, and authentication tokens associated with your account

Please note: Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you (such as campaign-level performance statistics) may be retained for analytics purposes, as this data does not constitute personal information.
